This is an opportunity to combine deep domain expertise with leadership responsibility, driving sustainable service excellence and contributing to the strategic direction of the Managed Services function.\nWhat You Will Do\nTraining, Procedures & Professional Standards\nEnsure operational standards, procedures, and runbooks are maintained, reviewed, and updated at least annually.\nService Delivery & Regional Performance\nTake accountability for regional service delivery, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.\nOversee day-to-day operational performance, ensuring exceptions and outstanding items are closed within agreed timelines.\nMaintain clear performance and capacity metrics to support planning and efficiency initiatives.\nExceptions & Data Quality Oversight\nProvide senior oversight of complex or high-risk exceptions.\nBecome directly involved in priority operational issues where required.\nClient & Stakeholder Escalation (RSD)\nAct as the senior regional escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.\nProvide clear, timely communication on issues, impact, and next steps.\nIncident Management & Governance\nReview, sign off, and report on incident reports where root cause relates to regional operations.\nEnsure incident learnings and preventive actions are implemented effectively.\nControls, Compliance & Audit Readiness\nMonitor and ensure robustness of operational controls across the region.\nUphold high standards of operational discipline and audit readiness.\nReporting & Management Insight\nEnsure regional performance and capacity reporting is accurate, meaningful, and supports decision-making.\nResource Management & Leadership\nEnsure effective allocation of team members to maintain full production coverage, including holidays and peak periods.\nPerform people-leadership responsibilities, including coaching, motivation, and performance support.\nHandover, Change & Continuous Improvement\nOversee regional and global handovers to ensure continuity of service.\nOversee product or project handovers into Production.\nSupport operational improvement and efficiency initiatives across teams. \nWho you are:\nStrategic understanding of EDM Services and client value, used to guide prioritisation, escalation decisions, and service direction.\nDeep understanding of EDM services and the value they deliver to clients.\nStrong knowledge of data ingestion, processing, and the underlying datasets used across the investment landscape.\nLeverages tooling and metrics to drive oversight, prioritisation, and governance decisions.\nOwns regional coordination, ensuring seamless follow-the-sun operations and stakeholder alignment\nExperience mentoring colleagues or providing SME guidance in a specialist domain.\nAmenable to work 2-3x RTO.\nWhat you will gain\nIn this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and expand your expertise in the following areas:\nUse analytical outputs to inform governance, capacity planning, and service improvement.\nApply dataset knowledge to client conversations, prioritisation, and service decisions.\nOwn oversight responsibilities, audit readiness, and incident governance outcomes.\nSkilled in stakeholder managementwith the confidence to lead client discussions and represent service teams.\nPeople development:Gain experience mentoring colleagues and, where relevant, taking on line-management responsibilities.\nSpecialist depth:Deepen your subject-matter expertise in a specific asset class, capability, or technology.\nTechnical & market exposure:Expand skills in Python, data analysis, and key market datasets across indices, ESG, ratings, and corporate actions\nOnly selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
