This role owns delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to a high-quality standard. \nThe successful candidate combines strong project leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and risk management expertise to drive successful client outcomes. They are a recognized expert within the PM function, the referral points for complex delivery challenges and you invest in the capability of the PMs around you as a core part of the role. \nKey Responsibilities \nProject Delivery & Governance \nLead complex, multi-workstream implementation project end-to-end. \nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and dependencies. \nEstablish governance frameworks and ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed objectives. \nManage multiple concurrent projects and programmes where required, balancing priorities, resources and delivery commitments. \nOversee testing, UAT, deployment of readiness, transition into service, and formal client sign-off activities. \nRisk, Issue & Change Management \nIdentify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. \nDrive mitigation strategies and ensure risks are escalated appropriately. \nNegotiate scope and change issues with clients, clearly communicating delivery and commercial impacts and helping stakeholders make informed decisions. \nManage scope of changes through structured change control processes. \nManage internal and client-side dependencies with equal rigour, ensuring commitments are clear and the impact of non-delivery is actively managed. \nBalance clients needs, delivery commitments and commercial considerations. \nStakeholder Management \nBuild strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees. \nLead governance meetings and executive-level project discussions. \nCommunicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nInfluence stakeholders to support timely and effective decision-making. \nLeadership & Team Coordination \nLead cross-functional delivery teams including consultants, engineers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders. \nDrive accountability across workstreams and ensure alignment towards common delivery objectives. \nMentor Project Managers and contribute to the development of project management best practices. \nSupport improvements to PM methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks. \nCommercial & Client Success \nMaintain awareness of project budgets and delivery costs. \nAssess and manage the commercial implications of project decisions, risks, scope changes and change requests. \nProtect delivery commitments while maintaining positive client relationships. \nSupport planning and delivery input during pre-sales and solution design discussions. \nPreferred Background & Experience \nSignificant experience managing complex client-facing implementation or transformation projects \nExperience within technology, SaaS, financial services, data management, or professional services environments. \nProven success leading multi-workstream, cross-functional projects. \nExperience managing project scope, budgets, risks, governance, and change control. \nExperience engaging senior stakeholders and executive sponsors. \nDemonstrated ability to mentor and develop other project managers. \nExperience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. \nDesired Qualifications \nFormal Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile certification, or equivalent). \nAdvanced knowledge of project management methodologies. \nExperience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. \nUnderstanding implementation, deployment, testing, and operational transition processes. \nComfortable adopting AI-enabled and emerging project management tools to improve planning, reporting and delivery effectiveness. \nOnly selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
