Responsibilities will include performing various methods of Forensic Delay Analysis on construction projects and various cost and quantum related analysis on construction claims and disputes for insurance carriers, law firms, owners, developers, and contractors around the world.\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nPerforming Forensic Delay Analysis on construction project schedules and producing written forensic reports detailing the findings.\nPerforming contract, change order, cost overrun, damages and quantum-related analysis on complex construction claims and disputes for insurance carriers, law firms, owners, developers, and contractors and producing written forensic reports detailing the findings.\nManaging and supporting in the research and analysis of contemporaneous project documentation.\nManaging multiple complex projects and coordinating with other support team members to produce client reports in a timely manner.\nCoordinating and delivering projects/assignments including team and client engagement, setting expectations and driving accountability in others.\nProviding technical oversight on matters and the work of associate team members.\nExpert knowledge of typical industry standards and specialized tools as well as overall discipline / practice area.\nResponsible for generating work, referring and distributing work to others.\nBuilding trust and managing client relationships.\nProviding thought leadership internally and externally.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.\n8-10+ years of experience in Forensic Delay Analysis.\n5-7+ years of experience performing CPM scheduling and cost analysis work.\n8-10+ years of experience in the analysis of construction claim damages including delay damages.\nPlanning and Scheduling Professional certification from AACEi\nKnowledge of Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Building Enclosure systems and designs for commercial, retail, and high-rise residential buildings.\nProficiency in P6® scheduling software, experience with MS Project® and Asta®.\nProficiency in 3rd party schedule analysis software.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office products such as PowerBI, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nExperience coordinating with disciplines internally as well as externally such as consultants /architects.\nExperience with working on construction sites, including performing site walks/visits and project management operations (i.e. change orders, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, etc.).\nThe Salary Range for this position is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.\nPreferred SKILLS and ABILITIES:\nTestifying experience is a plus.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS, OVERTIME, and TRAVEL:\nWork will be performed both in an office setting and at outside locations (i.e., Client’s office, industrial, construction, and/or residential sites). Employee is frequently required to stand, sit, climb ladders, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds of equipment. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary.\nThere will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with to meet the demands of the position.\nThis position requires up to 25% travel.
