We require flexibility and a commitment to service delivery. Our typical working week is hybrid, split between 3 days working on projects or at client offices and typically 2 days home working.\nYou will have the right to work in the UK and provide contract and commercial management services where your deliverables may include:\nPre and post contract commercial support and contract administration\nPrepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports across the lifecycle of your projects.\nProvide accurate monitoring, forecasting and reporting of project costs and programme performance ensuring value for money and cost efficiency for clients\nLiaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.\nSupport the administration of NEC contracts providing commercial assurance and compliance.\nManage contract change ensuring risk and value management\nProvide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders\nEstablishing friendly, professional and appropriate relationships with clients, colleagues and other parties involved in the projects and programmes we support.\nPro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract FOTC and ensuring stakeholders are informed in a timely manner.\nEnsuring that accounts are agreed and closed in accordance with the contract terms.\nSupport Client internal governance and reporting requirements\nRequirements\n· A recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying.\n· Professional accreditation (RICS) preferred.\n· Minimum 7 years relevant post graduate experience.\n· Proven track record of commercial management of major infrastructure projects.\n· Proven experience with NEC contracts and similar.\n· Demonstrable experience working and leading a commercial team delivering infrastructure, or similar projects, preferably as an embedded role within a client organisation.\n· Stakeholder management skills embedded within multi-disciplined teams to achieve successful project delivery for their client.\n· Experience of the use of contract management systems such as CEMAR/FASTDRAFT.\n· Excellent Microsoft Office skills.\n· Rimkus Project Services UK support all employees with the
