En Rekluti, consultora especializada en talento tecnológico en LATAM, buscamos Desarrollador Mobile - Flutter para impulsar los proyectos de software a gran escala de nuestros principales clientes internacionales.

Asumirás la responsabilidad de diseñar, mantener y hacer evolucionar aplicaciones móviles de alta complejidad en un entorno 100% remoto, colaborando directamente con equipos multidisciplinarios de alto rendimiento orientados a la calidad y la escalabilidad.

Tus principales desafíos:

  • Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones móviles robustas y escalables utilizando el ecosistema Flutter y Dart.

  • Analizar requerimientos técnicos y funcionales complejos para convertirlos en soluciones de software fluidas y eficientes.

  • Elevar la calidad del código mediante revisiones técnicas, refactorización y la aplicación continua de buenas prácticas mobile.

  • Colaborar de forma directa con los equipos de Producto, QA y Arquitectura para asegurar entregas ágiles y enfocadas en la experiencia de usuario.

Hard Skills (Requisitos Excluyentes):

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles.

  • Dominio sólido y avanzado de Flutter y lenguaje Dart.

  • Experiencia en desarrollo, mantenimiento y escalabilidad de aplicaciones móviles en entornos de producción.

  • Capacidad analítica para la definición y transformación de requerimientos funcionales en código limpio.

  • Experiencia de trabajo previa con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y en equipos multidisciplinarios.

Power Skills:

  • Proactividad y Autonomía: Capacidad para autogestionarse, proponer mejoras técnicas e impulsar soluciones sin necesidad de supervisión constante.

  • Trabajo Colaborativo: Habilidad para integrarse activamente con roles de QA, Producto y Diseño en un entorno dinámico.

  • Comunicación Asertiva: Claridad y precisión para transmitir ideas técnicas complejas a miembros del equipo y stakeholders.
