This position is responsible for the general maintenance, upkeep, and appearance of our facility, including offices, common areas, parking areas, and exterior grounds.\nThe ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working with their hands, can perform a variety of basic repairs and maintenance tasks, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position will handle day-to-day facility needs, assist with office moves and setups, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required.\nResponsibilities\nHandle basic electrical and plumbing repairs, including lights, switches, fixtures, faucets, and toilet components.\nRepair, assemble, install, and adjust furniture, shelving, doors, hardware, and office fixtures.\nMove and rearrange furniture, equipment, and office items as needed.\nAssist with office moves, room setups, events, and special facility projects.\nPerform minor drywall, painting, caulking, and general repairs.\nPerform basic preventative maintenance and identify issues requiring outside service.\nAssist with landscaping, trimming, exterior cleanup, walkways, parking areas, and general property upkeep.\nMaintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.\nRespond to maintenance requests and complete work in a timely manner.\nPerform occasional cleanup, trash/recycling removal, and other duties related to facility maintenance.\nFollow safety procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment.\nPerform other maintenance duties and special projects assigned.\nMay be assigned to travel to other company properties to perform building maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep as needed.\nQualifications & Requirements\n2+ years of building maintenance, facilities, handyman, or related experience preferred.\nStrong hands-on troubleshooting and basic repair skills.\nGeneral knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and furniture assembly.\nAbility to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.\nAble to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond to maintenance needs.\nReliable, detail-oriented, and professional.\nGood communication skills and ability to work with employees, vendors, and contractors.\nAble to recognize when specialized or licensed repairs are required.\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks.\nEligibility Requirements\nMust be willing and able to work in Burbank, CA\nMust be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.\nMust possess a valid California driver's
