Responsibilities\nHuman Resources Leadership\nServe as a trusted business partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, NLRA, Title VII, and other applicable labor laws.\nManage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and performance improvement plans.\nSupport and coach leaders on employee engagement, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.\nPartner with HR leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and workforce needs.\nOversee leave administration, accommodations, and employee benefits programs.\nAnalyze HR metrics and trends, including turnover, retention, employee engagement, and workforce demographics, to drive data-informed decision-making.\nFoster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, inclusion, accountability, and retention.\nAssist with compensation planning, policy development, organizational changes, and workforce planning initiatives.\nTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning\nDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent for the organization.\nManage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.\nPartner with department leaders to identify current and future staffing needs and develop effective workforce plans.\nUtilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and market data to optimize hiring processes and improve recruitment outcomes.\nMonitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.\nEnsure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.\nSupport employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at networking, career fair, and recruiting events.\nQualifications, Skills, and Experience\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.\nExperience\n5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role.\nExperience supporting multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and recruiting.\nExperience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nPreferred Certifications\nSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or other HR-related certifications preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.\nWorking knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment processes.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.\nAnalytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data and metrics to support business decisions.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related
