This position acts with a large degree of independence and has responsibility for delivering customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of the company. The Program Manager is responsible for one or more projects which may or may not be interrelated and may or may not serve the same customer. Together, we create custom digital signal processing solutions and communications systems in support of national defense.\nWhat required background will make you successful?\nBS or higher in engineering, physics, computer science, IT, or mathematics. \nAt least 15 years’ experience in the electronics development and/or defense and intelligence fields with at least 5 years of leadership experience\nExperience in creating plans and schedules that include resources and financials\nExperience building and leading cross-functional teams\nExperience in monitoring and controlling project execution\nProven ability to cooperate with customers and deliver high quality results\nExperience in sales, capture, or business development\nAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance (US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)\nPreferred skills: \nM.S. or higher in engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics (counts for 2 years of experience)\nMaster’s in Business Administration\nExperience as a development engineer or mission analyst\nProfessional certification in project management\nUnderstanding of Earned Value Management\nExperience writing proposals and
