You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of technologies while helping build scalable, secure solutions alongside a small, collaborative team.\nWe value people who enjoy solving challenging problems, learning new technologies, and sharing their knowledge with others. Other duties include, but are not limited to:\nSupport and maintain Active Directory environments, including organizational units, Group Policy, security groups, permissions, site topology, and replication.\nApply identity and access management principles to improve security, organization, and manageability across the environment.\nSupport the design, configuration, and administration of Azure environments, with opportunities to help establish and expand cloud infrastructure.\nParticipate in infrastructure modernization and optimization efforts, helping identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, and scalability.\nManage and support core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.\nProvide system support through troubleshooting, and document resolutions for future reference.\nParticipate in monthly operations cycles including patching, monitoring, maintenance, and tuning.\nPerform and help automate OS, software, and service installations.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.\nWhat required background will make you successful?\n4+ years of experience in Windows systems administration.\nExperience with Active Directory, including OU design, group policy, multi-site environments, replication, and migrations.\nStrong working knowledge of core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.\nExperience with Microsoft Windows Server across deployment, service migration, and lifecycle management.\nExperience with storage platforms such as SAN, NAS, or hyperconverged configurations.\nExperience managing and resolving vendor OS and software patches and vulnerability notices.\nAbility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance\nUS CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED\nPreferred skills: \nFamiliarity with Azure services, including Entra ID and hybrid identity configurations.\nExperience with disaster recovery processes, including backup software and policies.\nExperience with PowerShell scripting.\nComfortable explaining technical work to teammates and contributing to team planning discussions.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nMicrosoft certification such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or a Windows Server focused certification.\nCompTIA Security+ or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.\nTS/SCI eligibility preferred.\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\nWhere is the position located?\nThis position is located at our Tucson, Arizona Headquarters. This position is 100% onsite and does not allow for hybrid schedules.\n*The likely salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
