We are seeking experienced Senior Broadcast Engineers to lead engineering operations in Houston and Dallas.\nPosition Summary\nEach Senior Broadcast Engineer is responsible for the engineering operations, technical plant, broadcast facilities in the assigned market. The role ensures reliable 24/7 broadcast operations while partnering with the Head of Engineering on capital projects, compliance, and technology modernization.\nEngineering Leadership\nLead day-to-day engineering operations for the assigned market.\nServe as the primary engineering liaison to station management and the Head of Engineering.\nMaintain engineering documentation, PM schedules, and equipment inventories.\nBroadcast Operations\nMaintain studios, master control, production systems, routing, and monitoring.\nSupport WideOrbit Automation and Master Control.\nSupport Zixi IP transport workflows.\nMaintain AudioVault and Zetta radio automation systems.\nMaintain TV and AM/FM transmitters, RF systems, microwave STL, antennas, generators, UPS, HVAC, EAS, captioning, and program delivery systems.\nProjects & Compliance\nLead facility upgrades and equipment installations.\nAssist with capital planning.\nEnsure FCC, FAA, EAS, and OSHA compliance.\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of broadcast engineering experience.\nLeadership experience supervising engineers or projects.\nStrong knowledge of TV/radio broadcast operations, RF transmission, automation, and production systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with WideOrbit Automation and Master Control.\nKnowledge of WideOrbit Traffic is a plus.\nExperience with Zixi, AudioVault, and
