C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.What you'll be doing\nTest Approach and Planning\n\nDefine and maintain a risk-based test approachacross SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement and transformation activities.\n\nEnforce entry and exit criteria, Definition of Ready / Done, and sign-off checkpoints with the stakeholders.\n\nBuild and maintain the test suitecovering process variants, integrations, controls and non-functional aspects.\n\nEnsure traceabilityfrom business requirements through test scenarios and evidence to acceptance decisions.\n\nTest Execution and Cycle Management\n\nPlan, schedule and run test cyclesacross:\nSystem Integration Testing (SIT)\n\nEnd-to-end Testing\n\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)\n\nNon-functional Testing\n\nCoordinate process and system teams together with business SMEs for execution and formal sign-off.\n\nCreate, update and execute manual and automated test cases.\n\nConsolidate test status and escalate at technical programme level.\n\nDefect Management\n\nLead defect management and triage, covering severity, ownership, SLA, root cause and retest.\n\nDrive cross-team resolution to closure and remove blockers impacting cycle progress.\n\nTest Data and Non-functional Testing\n\nEnforce the test data strategy(synthetic versus masked production data, provisioning, refresh, privacy and compliance) and confirm data readiness per cycle.\n\nIntegrate non-functional testinginto the cycle plan: performance, security and authorisation, failover, batch and throughput, usability.\n\nPlanning, Reporting and Stakeholder Management\n\nTrack test KPIs(coverage, pass rate, severity mix, MTTR, defect leakage) and enforce the reporting cadence towards PMO and sponsors.\n\nAlign with Business Process Owners, Engineering Leadershipand SI / partnerson scope, readiness and sign-off.\n\nSurface quality risks with clear business impact and ensure the leadership has a transparent, decision ready view of testing progress.\n\nWhat you'll bring\n\n6-10+ years in testing / QA, including 3+ years managing test cycles.\nMust\nProven Test Manager experience in SAP programmes (S/4HANA, BW / Analytics, CPI / PO).\nMust\nProven experience orchestrating SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and business teams.\nMust\nStrong defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams.\nMust\nDeep understanding of business process value streams (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R) and integration points (APIs, middleware, jobs).\nMust\nStrong command of test management and ALM tools and requirement traceability practices.\nMust\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management and risk reporting to senior leadership.\nMust\nExperience working with System Integrators and complex vendor ecosystems.\nMust\nExperience with POS, e-commerce, selling and logistics systems.\nNeed to\nExperience with test automation tools.\nNeed to\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nNeed to\nCoordination of
