Ring Concierge provides a luxury one on one shopping experience for their clients - previous experience with clienteling and diamond sales is required. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. \nResponsibilities \nDrive sales by building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding individual sales targets\nUse extensive diamond and bespoke product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer\nAchieve an environment for our clients that is reflective of the Ring Concierge aesthetic and company values\nOversee all facets of sales transactions\nInitial consultation/Identify client needs\nWork with production team on sourcing diamonds\nPresent diamonds to client (both local and long-distance) and finalize setting design\nClose sale\nOversee production timeline\nMaintain continuous and effective communication with client through sales cycle\nMaintain all customer information in an organized manor for our CRM program\nProactively look for opportunities to drive Bespoke and Fine Jewelry sales growth by identifying new leads and clienteling opportunities\nMaintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention\nAbout You \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients\nSubject matter expert for diamonds and fine jewelry\nAbility to continuously adapt as the business evolves and grows\nMust be highly organized, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nTeam player -
