level of client satisfaction.\nAct as a brand ambassador by cultivating loyal client relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the Ring Concierge aesthetic and values.\nSupport clienteling excellence through accurate, detailed, and consistent CRM data entry.\nCultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and purchasing history, utilizing this knowledge for effective clienteling.\nDemonstrate expert knowledge of our fine jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to confidently advise and assist clients in their purchasing decisions.\nActively engage with clients to showcase the uniqueness and beauty of our products, utilizing storytelling and product knowledge to create an emotional connection.\nMaintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail.\nTeam daily operations and adhering to security protocols and procedures.\nAdhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.\nEnsure adherence to all operational procedures and policies.\nPerform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.\nQualifications\n1+ years previous experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of success in selling fine jewelry. \nGenuine passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design, with the ability to articulate the value and beauty of our products to clients.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.\nStrong clienteling skills, including the ability to maintain and leverage client relationships for long-term business growth.\nResults-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expectations.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the client experience.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.\nFlexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.\nThe compensation range for this role is $23-25/hour. \nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and move throughout the boutique for the duration of scheduled shifts, up to 8+ hours.\nAbility to bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs to support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store operations.\nManual dexterity to handle fine jewelry and operate POS and computer systems.\nVisual acuity to assess jewelry details, gemstone quality, and
