This is not a commission or sales-goal role, but you'll be a key part of keeping the boutique running smoothly during our busiest time of year.\nThis is a part-time position requiring approximately 15-24 hours per week. Weekend availability is required.\nResponsibilities\nSupport Sales Advisors with client appointments, walk-ins, and line management during busy periods\nProcess client orders and transactions through our POS system\nPackage completed sales to Ring Concierge presentation standards\nHandle returns and repairs, including documentation and reticketing\nReceive and prep incoming product for the sales floor, including unpacking, checking, and organizing\nMaintain accurate counts of packaging materials and boutique supplies and flag replenishment needs to management\nKeep the sales floor and back-of-house organized and stocked throughout the day\nSupport visual merchandising, including product presentation and display updates\nAssist with opening and closing duties as needed\nContribute to client events, product launches, and seasonal activations\nAnticipate the Sales team's needs and provide support during high-traffic periods\nAbout You\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environment\nComfortable handling client merchandise with care and discretion\nGenuine interest in fine jewelry and delivering an elevated client experience\nProactive team player who takes initiative wherever support is needed\nRequirements\n1+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing service\nFamiliarity with POS systems and order processing preferred\nAvailable to work evenings, weekends, and holidays\nThe compensation range for this role is $20-23/hr\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and move throughout the boutique for the duration of scheduled shifts, up to 8+ hours.\nAbility to bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs to support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store operations.\nManual dexterity to handle fine jewelry and operate POS and computer systems.\nVisual acuity to assess jewelry details, gemstone quality, and
