We’re currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative - AU Market:\nIn this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing SOHO and Small Business customers in Australia. You’ll build strong customer relationships, support renewals and account health, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and help customers get the most value from RingCentral’s solutions while leveraging AI-powered tools to support your day-to-day account management.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPortfolio Management: Manage existing SOHO and Small Business accounts, including renewals, plan changes, and account health.\nRisk & Retention: Monitor account health, identify churn risks, and drive retention strategies.\nRenewals & Expansion: Handle renewal negotiations and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage.\nAI & CRM Management: Leverage AI tools, call summaries, and CRM capabilities to prepare for customer conversations and maintain accurate records.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Support, Billing, and Product teams to resolve escalations and achieve retention, NRR, and upsell targets. \nTo succeed in this role you must have experience in:\nTechnology Solution Sales: 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, renewals, or inside sales, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or B2B technology. \nAccount Management & Retention: Experience managing customer accounts, retention, and post-sales relationships.\nUpselling & Cross-selling: Experience identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base to drive account growth and revenue. \nCRM, Presentation & Negotiation: Experience with Salesforce/CRM tools, with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.\nDesired Qualifications:\nSales Drive & Execution: Energetic, results-oriented, and able to meet targets and execute initiatives effectively.\nWork Schedule & Setup: Willing to work an Australia-aligned morning shift and follow a hybrid onsite setup (10-11 days/month in Cubao or Ortigas). \nWhat we offer:\nComprehensive HMO package (medical and dental)\nPersonal Time Off Leaves\nQuarterly Performance Bonus\nEmployee Assistance and Wellness Programs\nRingCentral’s work culture is the backbone of our success.
