Success requires more than managing timelines: you must anticipate challenges, solve problems, influence stakeholders, and maintain momentum across multiple teams and organizations.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end partner onboarding: Lead onboarding projects from contract signature through implementation, launch readiness, go-live, and transition to business-as-usual operations.\nDrive project execution: Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and clear ownership of deliverables across all workstreams.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams: Align RingCentral's Commercial, Legal, Finance and Billing, Product, Engineering, Network Operations, Regulatory and Compliance, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver against agreed objectives.\nManage external partner engagement: Establish effective working relationships and project governance with partner stakeholders, aligning processes, responsibilities, supplier requirements, and compliance readiness.\nSolve problems and remove blockers: Proactively identify risks, investigate root causes, challenge assumptions, and drive practical solutions. Escalate critical issues early with clear recommendations.\n Lead project governance and (executive) communication: Run joint project meetings and steering committees, drive stakeholder accountability, and confidently present project status, critical issues, risks, and escalations to senior management and C-level executives, both internally and at partner organizations. Clearly articulate business impact, proposed solutions, and recommendations to enable timely decisions.\nEnsure launch and operational readiness: Coordinate technical, commercial, and operational readiness, including partner enablement, training, billing and support processes, sales readiness, and initial customer deployments.\nDrive continuous improvement: Capture lessons learned, track onboarding performance, and improve playbooks, processes, templates, and governance to make future launches faster and more predictable.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nProject management experience: 5+ years of experience successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and critical dependencies.\nOwnership and execution: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, drive accountability, and deliver results in demanding, fast-paced environments.\nProblem-solving and analytical thinking: Strong curiosity and structured approach to identifying root causes, evaluating options, and making sound decisions using data and practical judgment.\nOrganizational excellence: Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and maintain clear priorities, documentation, and project controls.\nStakeholder management and influence: Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, without direct authority.\nExecutive communication and presentation: Proven ability to communicate and present confidently to senior leadership and C-level executives, simplifying complex information, highlighting critical issues and business implications, and recommending actionable solutions. Comfortable challenging assumptions, handling difficult discussions, and influencing decisions.\nTechnical aptitude: Ability to quickly understand complex technical services, integration requirements, and operational processes, and translate them into actionable project plans.\nAnalytical and reporting tools: Strong proficiency in spreadsheets, project tracking, and reporting tools to monitor progress, identify trends, and support decision-making.\nCollaboration and adaptability: Excellent English communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and time zones while adapting quickly to changing priorities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience onboarding telecommunications partners, resellers, carriers, service providers, or other complex B2B technology partners.\nBackground in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, VoIP, or related technology services.\nExperience delivering projects across India and Asia-Pacific, with an understanding of regional telecom markets and regulatory requirements.\nPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.\nRelevant business or technical degree.\nAdditional regional language skills.\nLocation & Travel\nBased in India and work in the international environment\nWillingness to travel domestically and regionally as required for partner engagements and project
