We’re currently looking for a Sales Development Representative - AU Market:\nIn this role, you’ll generate and qualify sales opportunities across the Australian Mid-Market and Enterprise segment. You’ll research and prioritize target accounts, engage multiple decision-makers through tailored outreach, conduct discovery to understand business needs, and build a qualified pipeline for Account Executives while using AI-powered tools to support account research and prospecting.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAccount Prospecting: Identify and prioritize Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts using account intelligence and intent data.\nStakeholder Engagement: Execute multi-threaded outreach to IT, CX, Operations, and Finance stakeholders with tailored messaging.\nLead Qualification: Conduct structured discovery to assess business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.\nAccount Collaboration: Partner with AEs and Marketing on ABM strategies, account planning, and qualified meeting handoffs.\nCRM & AI Management: Maintain accurate CRM data and review AI-generated research, outreach, and meeting briefs for quality and relevance. \nTo succeed in this role you must have experience in:\nMinimum 1yr Outbound Sales experience, preferably doing B2B sales\nMinimum of 6 months experience in doing leads management - generation, conversion, pipelining\nExperience prospecting or selling into Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts is preferred\nDesired Qualifications:\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with Australian business stakeholders\nEffective presentation and negotiation skills\nEffective networking and relationship building skills, including the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers\nSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment\nSalesforce.com experience is a plus, but not required\nExperience with AI tools for account research, prospecting or sales productivity is a plus\nWilling to work on Australian business hours / early shift\nWilling to work onsite, Cubao or Ortigas\nWhat we offer:\nComprehensive HMO package (medical and dental)\nPersonal Time Off Leaves\nQuarterly Performance Bonus\nEmployee Assistance and Wellness Programs\nRingCentral’s work culture is the backbone of our success.
