More seamless, intelligent experiences for businesses everywhere.\nWith $2.5B+ in ARR and $250M invested in R&D annually, we’re building the future of AI-powered business communications\nResponsibilities\nDesign and build effective ETL pipelines for large datasets, ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and ready for daily reporting.\nValidate datasets for consistency and errors before handing them over to analysts for reporting.\nSupport the Data Analytics team by writing and tuning complex SQL queries for recurring and ad-hoc reports using Hadoop (Hive, Impala), Snowflake, and various source systems.\nManage the full ETL lifecycle, optimizing new and existing workflows for high query performance and efficiency.\nAdminister and maintain the automation framework deployed on Linux servers and managed in Git, including deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and production support.\nUse AI tools such as Claude and Gemini in day-to-day engineering work, including managing the automation framework with Claude Code.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, the Data Warehouse team, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience: 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering position.\nTech Stack: Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries involving multiple tables and systems. Experience with Hive, Impala, and SnowSQL is a plus.\nCore Skill: Proven experience in designing, creating, and optimizing ETL frameworks. Familiarity with Alteryx and Python is a plus.\nAutomation and Deployment: Hands-on experience with Linux and Git, including supporting and troubleshooting automation frameworks in production.\nAI Tools: Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, and familiar with managing an automation framework using Claude Code.\nProblem Solving: Demonstrated ability to build processes that meet complex requirements, including finding creative workarounds when necessary.\nAttitude: A positive mindset and a strong willingness to expand your knowledge into Data\nRingCentral’s work culture is the backbone of our success.
