We’re currently looking for:\nOur Senior Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the Global RingCentral Corporate Networks, ensuring that the network infrastructure is operating within the design specifications.\nThis engineer will produce architectural design recommendations for upgrades and drive future network functionality and architectures. Additional tasks are to collect operational and trend statistics and to analyze performance results.\nThis position is expected to provide advanced technical support for issues that are escalated from the network and systems operations teams and is the top escalation point for all critical network-related issues; training and knowledge transfers to other network team members are also expected.\nJob Responsibilities:\nDesign complex and efficiently operable networks to support real-time protocols.\n\nNetwork subject matter and policy expert.\n\nContinuously identify and leverage new technologies or methodologies.\n\nVendor engagement.\n\nOperation of the Global RingCentral Corporate network environment.\n\nCapacity and performance management of existing infrastructure.\n\nExecute routine changes, provisioning services and deployments.\n\nFault isolation, service recovery and incident analysis.\n\nProvide level three technical support to global IT teams.\n\nParticipate in 24x7 on-call rotations.\n\nDevelop standards, procedures and other documentation.\n\nProvide direction and training for other network engineers and administrators.\n\nTo succeed in this role you must have experience in:\n7+ years of hands-on expertise in enterprise infrastructure architecture, network design, and global operations.\n\nMulti-vendor hardware and software environments (Juniper, Cisco, Mist, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cato, Zscaler) experience preferred).\n\nHands-on AWS and GCP architecture deployment integrated with IT setups for new site expansions.\n\nTroubleshooting complex networks and applications.\n\nLinux proficiency\n\nExecuting best practice concepts including RFC and ISO standards, SLA's, and change management.\n\nAI and Automation\n\nWilling to work on the night shift\n\nWilling to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)\n\nWhat we offer:\nComprehensive HMO package (medical and dental)\n\nPaid time off and paid sick leave\n\nQuarterly Performance Bonus\n\nEmployee Assistance and Wellness Programs\n\nRingCentral’s work culture is the backbone of our success.
