RingCentral:\nTo succeed in this roleyou must have experience in:\nProvidepre-sales technical and sales support for accounts in assigned segment.\n\nDevelop and maintainexpert understanding of all RingCentral applications and products.\n\nAssist SE team with hardware and software lab testing\n\nAssistwith answering technical questions for SMB sales teams.\n\nPerform Proof of Concept (POC) onboarding support for SMB opportunities.\n\nResponsible for continued education on the platform and underlying technologies.\n\nPresent ongoing product training for small business sales teams.\n\nTransfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to internal and external teams.\n\nKeep up-to-dateon relevant competitive solutions, productsand services.\n\nDevelop advanced system configurations and implementations in response to customer needs and requirements.\n\nManage all customer feature requests including documentation of customer requirements, prioritization of all customer requests within each account, and driving development of key features with the product team.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nFluent in English (both written and verbal).\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent presentation and demonstration skills.\n\nAbility to providetechnical leadership to the accountteam.\n\nMitel Experience is preferred, but not required\n\nAbility to teach other members of the team and act as a mentor as required.\n\nRequires an action orientedindividual with a very stronginitiative to be successful.\n\nWillingness to take relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis are preferred.\n\nKnowledge and demonstratedoperating experience in one or more of the following areas of specialization: Voice, Video, Mobile Communications, Fixed Mobile Convergence\n\nCompetitive knowledge including solution, technologyand product offerings.\n\nUnderstanding and conversant about company, solutions and product strengths, weaknesses, opportunitiesand threats.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem solvingskills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills and negotiating skills.\n\nDemonstrates the ability to excel at understanding and communicating complex technical solutions and issues.\n\nExperience in VoIP network architecture, products, protocols, and solutions a plus.\n\nPre-Sales experience.\n\nStrong telecommunications background (with telephony and Soft Switch emphasis preferred).\n\nNetwork Design background is a plus, but not required.\n\nSome understanding of software development technologies is desirable.\n\nExperience with telecommunications network design, architecture, and support is desirable.\n\nStrong understanding of VoIP and data networking protocols
