This role coordinates project teams, manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues, and provides clear reporting to support successful business outcomes\nThis position is located at 103 Day, and so much more.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nLead assigned projects from initiation through implementation and closure.\nWork with project sponsors and stakeholders to clarify project objectives, scope, deliverables, assumptions, constraints, and success measures.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and related project documentation.\nCoordinate activities and deliverables across participating functions.\nFacilitate project meetings, document decisions, assign actions, and follow up on commitments.\nMonitor project progress against approved scope, schedule, budget, and performance expectations.\nIdentify, document, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.\nEscalate significant risks, issues, decisions, and resource constraints through the appropriate governance channels.\nPrepare accurate and timely project status reports for sponsors, stakeholders, and PMO leadership.\nSupport project financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, and approved business-case assumptions.\nCoordinate with functional managers to identify project resource needs and address resource constraints.\nApply established project governance, stage-gate, agile, or hybrid delivery practices, as appropriate for the assigned project.\nMaintain complete and current project records, including schedules, meeting notes, actions, decisions, risks, issues, and changes.\nSupport project readiness reviews, gate reviews, implementation activities, and project closure.\nConfirm that project deliverables have been completed, accepted, and transitioned to the appropriate business owner.\nDocument lessons learned and recommend practical improvements to project execution processes.\nBuild positive working relationships and promote accountability among project team members.\nJob Requirements:\nKnowledge\nBachelor’s degree in engineering is required.\nExperience in manufacturing environment is required.\nMinimum of five years of professional experience, including at least three years of direct project management or project leadership experience.\nExperience coordinating cross functional projects involving multiple departments or business functions.\nWorking knowledge of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, resource, stakeholder, and communication management.\nUnderstanding of agile, waterfall, stage-gate, or hybrid project delivery approaches.\nBasic understanding of project budgets, forecasts, costs, benefits, and business-case assumptions.\nExperience in product development, operations, information technology, or business improvement projects preferred.\nSkills\nStrong project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting skills. \nStrong meeting facilitation, action tracking, and stakeholder communication skills.\nStrong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to prepare clear project plans, status reports, meeting documentation, and presentations.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams,andSharePoint.\nFamiliarity with Power BI or other reporting and visualization tools.\nAbilities\nAbility to independently manage assigned projects of moderate complexity using established processes and governance.\nAbility to coordinate cross-functional activities and influence project team members without direct authority.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nAbility to identify project risks and issues, recommend practical solutions, and escalate matters when appropriate.\nAbility to communicate project information clearly and facilitate decisions, actions, and accountability.\nAbility to exercise appropriate discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.\nAbility to work professionally with employees, customers,
