If you want to help us accelerate that mission, we want to hear from you.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs a core member of our Local Operations team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of Delivery and Cleaning operations as we scale Rinse New Jersey. You will help ensure that customer orders meet our high standards of cleaning quality, are prepared for delivery and are delivered on time by our Valets. This role comes with growth opportunities for exceptional performers who are motivated to learn quickly and want to work for a company committed to their professional development.\nA few important things to note about this role:\nTypical shift schedule: 4:30PM - 1:00AMThis is an onsite role reporting to our warehouse in Passaic, NJ.\n\nInitial compensation: $20/hr for the first 30 days (training), and then increased to $22/hr.\nEquity: All Rinse Operations Associates have the opportunity to earn and vest equity (options) after working at the company for 90 days.\nBenefits: Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision for full-time employees); paid time off; paid sick leave; 401k; Snacks at the office; Free laundry and dry cleaning (Rinse credit provided).\nApplicants will be required to submit to a DMV check prior to commencing employment.\nIN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL...\nEnsure that customer orders are ready for delivery by performing quality and inventory control checks \nTroubleshoot any delivery issues and support our Valets (delivery drivers) throughout the duration of their shift. \nWork closely with the Customer Care team to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide on-the-ground support for any customer issues or special order requests. \nHelp identify and report any operational challenges and work with our Corporate Operations team to implement processes aimed at improving operational efficiency as we grow in New Jersey.\nBe able to drive occasional delivery routes to gain on-the-ground experience and assist Valets on-the-road.\nAS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU…\nHigh School Diploma or GED required; some college education preferred\n1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight transport, or third-party logistics (3PL) is a plus\nAre a problem solver who is biased towards action and able to overcome challenges\nThrive in fast-paced environments and work well under pressure\nAre energized until the late hours of the night and can reliably work evening shifts\nRoll with the punches and embrace change and ambiguity\nAre comfortable with or are excited to learn about different technology and tools (Google Docs, Slack, iOS devices).
