You will be the go-to resource for employees who need technical help, work hands-on with our identity, device, and SaaS tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with our goals.\nIn this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape the future of IT, security, and AI practices within our organization, helping teams across the company work smarter with AI and contributing to the scalability and security of our systems.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nIT Operations\nRun day-to-day IT support for the company, triaging and resolving requests through our helpdesk channel and ticketing\nOwn employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, access changes, and same-day deprovisioning\nAdminister our core identity and productivity stack (Okta SSO/MFA/SCIM, Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password) and SaaS management tooling\nManage the laptop fleet through MDM (Addigy), including encryption, patching, configuration, and device lifecycle\nMaintain the IT knowledge base so common questions get answered without a ticket\nOwn relationships with IT vendors and keep SaaS spend and licenses tidy\nSecurity and Compliance\nExecute and evidence IT controls for our PCI DSS Level 1 and SOC 2 programs, including access reviews, device compliance, and policy acknowledgments\nKeep compliance tooling (Oneleet) current and close out monitor findings on schedule\nSupport security incident response, including device scans, account lockdowns, and evidence collection\nHelp answer security questionnaires, cyber insurance applications, and vendor security reviews\nSupport basic networking and DNS needs alongside Engineering\nAI Enablement and Automation\nLead hands-on AI enablement across the company: build training, run sessions and lunch and learns, and maintain a library of prompts and use cases by team\nPartner with teams like Customer Success, Sales, and Support to find high-value AI use cases and help them build quick wins\nBuild and maintain internal AI-powered tools and agents (for example, support triage and first-reply drafting, internal Q&A, workflow automation) on our internal tooling platform\nConnect AI tools to company systems safely, managing connectors, permissions, and data access\nHelp define and enforce AI governance: approved tools, acceptable use, data handling, and vendor review, in line with PCI and SOC 2 requirements\nTrack adoption and impact so we know what’s actually saving people time\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed\nMust-Haves:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nHands-on experience administering identity and access tools like Okta and Google Workspace\nExperience managing devices through an MDM\nPractical experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to get real work done, and a passion for helping others do the same\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical challenges independently\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-focused mindset\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience supporting compliance programs like PCI DSS or SOC 2, with the ability to contribute to security-focused projects\nExperience building automations or AI workflows using APIs, scripting, Zapier, or LLM tools\nFamiliarity with tools like Addigy, Oneleet, Trelica, or Guru\nExperience with incident response or security tooling\nFoundational knowledge of networking concepts, including configuring and troubleshooting networks, VPNs, and basic firewall settings\nThe estimated annual cash salary for this role is $135,000 - $148,000, with an annual bonus component. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of applicable Rinsed plans. Rinsed provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations. Compensation may vary based on (a) location, as we factor in specific location when benchmarking compensation for most roles, (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications, and (c) individual candidate experience.
