Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client.
Lead on-site construction teams on electrical and data center builds requiring nationwide travel. This position combines practical field leadership with work planning, crew coordination, and attention to safety and workmanship. Strong backgrounds in general construction, commercial projects, or industrial work are welcome.
What you will do
- Direct daily site activities, aligning crews and trades across multiple areas of work.
- Sequence construction tasks, track progress against schedules, and communicate upcoming timing needs.
- Reinforce safe working practices, assist with quality inspections, and help resolve field issues.
- Interpret project drawings and bring site questions to the appropriate project team members.
- Maintain accurate field records that document ongoing construction activity.
- Help address punch-list items and support the completion of project closeout activities.
What you bring
- Previous superintendent experience or a comparable construction leadership role, with field management skills transferable to these projects.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to organize concurrent tasks and coordinate different crews.
- An electrical background is helpful but not essential; supervision of installations or coordination of electrical work is particularly valuable.
- Experience on data center builds or other mission-critical facilities is an advantage.
- Current residence in the U.S., with both availability and willingness to travel nationwide. Assignment-specific expectations and travel arrangements are reviewed during hiring.
Benefits: medical, dental and vision insurance, weekly pay by direct deposit, and paid time off after a set period. Per diem may be available depending on the assignment.
