About the role We are looking for a Workday Data Management SME - Modern ERP to support the Manage People, Time and Payroll stream within the Modern ERP Program and contribute to Rio Tinto’s transition to SAP S/4HANA. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Workday and data management capability to help ensure employee master data is complete, accurate and fit for purpose throughout testing and deployment. You will develop data-driven test scenarios, reconcile information across source and target systems, investigate integration issues and support reliable payroll and time outcomes.
