You will analyse operational and system performance, support issue resolution, strengthen standards and procedures, and work across technical and operational teams to improve controller effectiveness and mine performance. You will work a 6 days on, 6 days off, days-only family-friendly roster, providing a balanced work pattern with extended time off to spend with family and pursue personal interests. Reporting to the Superintendent Control Technical Services, you will: Analyse real-time operational and system data across Caterpillar and Komatsu fleet management and autonomous haulage environments to identify issues, trends and opportunities
