In this role, you’ll shape candidate and stakeholder experiences, strengthen university partnerships and use insights to improve regional program outcomes.\nBased in Perth, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people and programs together and wants to influence Early Talent outcomes across a complex global organisation.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nReporting to the Team Leader Early Talent and working in a collaborative global team, you will be:\nPartnering with business and Human Resources stakeholders to translate workforce needs into effective Early Talent attraction, recruitment and program outcomes.\nLeading graduate and intern recruitment campaigns across Asia Pacific, including attraction, candidate engagement, assessment, interviews, offers, onboarding and orientation.\nAdvising stakeholders as an Early Talent subject matter expert and championing regional and global priorities.\nBuilding university and education partnerships that support targeted attraction, engagement and Early Talent events.\nSupporting the Graduate Development Program through development initiatives, events and experiences across Asia Pacific.\nUsing recruitment data, reporting and insights to guide decisions, identify opportunities and improve recruitment and program delivery.\nPartnering with Early Talent Coordinators to deliver high-volume recruitment, candidate engagement and onboarding with clear ownership and a consistent experience.\nContributing to regional and global Early Talent projects by sharing good practice and improving consistency across programs.\nAbout you\nWe’re looking for someone whose experience aligns with the key requirements below.
