In this role, you will safeguard accessible reporting, fair and timely assessment, independent handling of matters, non-retaliation and trusted reporting to senior management and the Board. You will guide the programme through a transition to a more focused, risk-based model while protecting continuity, independence and confidence in myVoice.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nReporting to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and working within the global Ethics & Compliance function, you will:\nLead the end-to-end myVoice governance framework, covering report intake, triage, investigation management, closure and insight reporting.\nEnsure investigations are objective, thorough, people-centred and trauma-informed, and meet applicable whistleblower and regulatory requirements.\nStrengthen investigation quality, methodology and governance while engaging specialist expertise for complex, sensitive and high-risk matters.\nUse case data, analytics and root cause analysis to identify systemic risks, control gaps and practical remediation priorities.\nProvide clear, insight-led reporting to senior management and the Board, supporting accountability, transparency and informed risk decisions.\nPartner with People, Legal, Security, Group Internal Audit, Information Systems & Technology, Procurement and business leaders on programme delivery, reporter protection and corrective actions.\nOwn the myVoice platform, workflows, data and vendor services, deploying approved automation and artificial intelligence with human verification and appropriate controls.\nLead and develop a globally distributed team, building a culture of independence, care, professional courage, quality and continuous improvement.\nAbout you\nWe’re looking for someone whose experience aligns with the key requirements below.
