Our values - care, courage and curiosity - guide how we work and how we treat each other.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for a Millwright Craftsperson - Mechanic to inspect, repair, install, adjust, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment and systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with industrial millwright or mechanical maintenance experience to contribute to safe, reliable refinery performance while continuing to grow their technical skills.\nYou will report to the Supervisor Maintenance and work within a collaborative maintenance team.\nWhat you'll be doing\nRecognize malfunctioning equipment, diagnose issues, and support timely, practical repairs.\nDismantle, clean, fabricate, repair, replace, install, assemble, adjust, and lubricate mechanical, plumbing, and piping equipment.\nOperate mobile, stationary, and other plant equipment to support installation and repair work, including rigging and mobile equipment operation.\nRead and follow blueprints, drawings, and schematics; order parts and equipment as required.\nMaintain accurate service, repair records, reports, and documentation of maintenance activities.\nCommunicate actions, irregularities, and ongoing maintenance needs clearly with team members and leaders.\nSupport health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the refinery and site.\nAbout you\nTo succeed in this role, you will have:\nA commitment to the safety of yourself and your team\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum of 4 years of maintenance work experience in an industrial environment.\nIndustrial mechanical craftsman experience, Millwright Certification, or comparable mechanical trade background.\nAbility to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics.\nExperience with pumps, alignment, hydraulics, pipefitting, and/or welding would be beneficial.\nEven if your profile does not fully meet all qualifications, we encourage you to apply, transferable skills and the right attitude are highly valued.\nThis role is open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
