Rather than focusing on a single production activity, our supervisors may support programs involving drilling, earthworks, geophysics, rehabilitation, water drilling and test pumping, while collaborating with technical and operational teams across the business.\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Field Operations Supervisor to join our Resource Development Operations team within Rio Tinto Iron Ore.\nThis is an exciting frontline leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, working in a dynamic field environment, and delivering safe, high-quality operational outcomes.\nAs a Field Operations Supervisor, you will provide leadership in the safe execution of Resource Development activities at a site level. At the West Angelas hub there are state-of-the-art power generation and refueling facilities.
