tenant billing methodologies in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and completeness;\nParticipating in the annual budget process through calculation, review, and analysis of estimated charges;\nCalculating and issuing final year-end reconciliation invoices;\nUpdating percentage rent schedules with monthly sales data and generating percentage rent invoices;\nAssisting Property Management in resolving tenant inquiries related to reconcilable charges;\nCalculating property tax refunds and issuing related invoices to tenants;\nPerforming miscellaneous tasks, various ad hoc analyses and participating in special projects as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nUniversity degree in either Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics;\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in recovery accounting or property accounting;\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail;\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;\nYardi experience preferred;\nDemonstrated ability to read and interpret lease
