Market Community Lead – League of Legends DACH

As Community Lead for League of Legends in the DACH region, you will be the key connector between our players, our brand, and our product teams. You will lead programs and initiatives that deepen community engagement, build strong influencer relationships, and deliver impactful marketing communications that inspire, delight, and inform our players.

You will be responsible for growing an engaged League community, partnering with creators and influencers to bring campaigns to life, and ensuring our communications are both globally aligned and locally relevant. You will work closely with Publishing, Esports, Creative, and other cross-functional teams to craft narratives and activations that strengthen long-term affinity for League of Legends, with a strong emphasis on the German market.

Job Location: Berlin, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community engagement programs and initiatives tailored to DACH market League players
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local creators, influencers, and community leaders to amplify key moments and campaigns
• Partner with Publishing and Esports teams to integrate community and influencer activations into marketing and esports initiatives
• Create and deliver player messages that are locally relevant and aligned with our regional product strategy
• Champion player perspectives, needs, and feedback to internal teams by monitoring sentiment, gathering insights, and surfacing recommendations
• Identify and deliver player-facing opportunities and experiences that connect the community with League of Legends’ key beats and events
• Coordinate with global and regional partners to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaign delivery
• Track, analyze, and report on community and influencer campaign impact to optimize future efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in community management, influencer relations, or marketing communications in gaming, entertainment, or related industries
• Proven ability to engage and grow player communities through targeted programs and activations
• Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships, from sourcing to campaign execution
• Strong communication skills, fluent in German and English at a professional level
• Ability to adapt global messaging to resonate with local audiences
• Deep understanding of League of Legends, its esports ecosystem, the MOBA landscape, and League player culture in the DACH market.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience integrating community and influencer programs with broader product and esports initiatives
• Familiarity with publishing campaign planning and integration
• Track record of delivering activations that drive measurable player engagement, particularly at a community and influencer level
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments
