Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Barbacks to join our team!
We're searching for candidates who can:
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift.
- Stock bar before, during, and after shift.
- Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift.
- Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
- Adheres to all brand policies and procedures.
- Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience.
- Other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic bar and alcohol knowledge.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
- A guest-oriented mindset.
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
