As a member of the Brand Studio, you'll collaborate across teams to develop brand experiences with Ripple and XRP-from concept through completion-translating concepts into compelling visual work that solves unique challenges.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nDesign brand touchpoints from concept to completion across digital, physical, and live experiences\nContribute to defining and evolving the brand identity, ensuring cohesion across all applications\nSimplify abstract concepts through thoughtful design solutions\nCurate brand systems with attention to clarity, composition, and coherence\nCreate and maintain brand design libraries and documentation\nNavigate concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment through communication and prioritization\nExchange honest, respectful feedback with teammates\nFind opportunities to improve design processes and workflows\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING: \n4+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio demonstrating range across graphic design, web, motion, typography, physical builds, apparel, and visual storytelling\nPortfolio, website, or links to work (with access and viewing instructions)\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specialized skills e.g., motion, illustration a plus)\nStrong verbal, written, and presentation skills\nAbility to balance creative vision with practical execution\nCollaborative with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams\nQuick learner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapts as priorities shift\nOpen-minded approach to design challenges\nProactive learning and skill development\nFor positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below.
