We are an established market leader in the SaaS treasury management space, and are expanding globally through a combination of cash management, connectivity, and financial risk management.\nRipple Treasury is currently looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our growing Solutions Delivery team. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall design and analysis of customer requirements relating to all modules of the Ripple Treasury management system, and for implementing the functionality that meets these requirements on time and on budget.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\n Participate in discovery sessions with clients on their technical requirements and business processes relating to the management of their financial instrument’s portfolio, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investments along with any Cash Management, Payments, Accounting and Reconciliation requirements they may have.\nGather and understand the full requirements and document the scope of implementation\nArticulate configuration rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goals and outcomes in line with the client requirements\nTrain both clients and internal parties on the modules and on market best practice\nParticipate in building and implementation of the solution\nHelp support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation\nEnsure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget\nEnsure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered\nTier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments\nProvide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING: \nBachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience\nEnrolment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus\nProven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech\nProven track record in Project management and Treasury system implementations - either on behalf of clients or as a business user\nThorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments, cash and payments and the systems that support such activities\nAdept with financial markets mathematics\nA good team player with ability to act on own initiative\nStrong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments\nAbility to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues\nAble to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast paced environments\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.\nProven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels\nWHO WE ARE:\nDo Your Best Work\nThe opportunity to build in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leaders\nA learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make an impact.
