We believe in delivering not just software, but transformative solutions that make a measurable difference for our clients.\nWe are looking for a Project Manager to guide client implementations within our Latin America region, with a secondary focus on the United States. In this role at Ripple Treasury, you will collaborate with internal and external team members to control project scope, set timelines and deliverables, coordinate resources, encourage communication among participants, lead the process to achieve client goals, and proactively bring up risks as needed.\nBased in Miami, New York, San Francisco, or Chicago, this role demands robust project oversight, a process-focused approach, and client engagement skills to ensure structured planning and delivery across several simultaneous projects throughout Latin America and the United States. Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities are crucial to achieving high-quality results.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead end-to-end delivery of client-facing Ripple Treasury solution implementations, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to agreed standards.\nServe as the point of contact for client project team members, building trust and ensuring alignment on goals, achievements, and expectations.\nCreate and maintain detailed project plans in accordance with Ripple Treasury’s project management methodology.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to align project objectives and execution.\nCoordinate delivery across multiple Latin American countries and the United States, spanning time zones and languages.\nManage bank connectivity and integration workstreams across Latin American and US banking partners.\nDefine and supervise critical success factors for each engagement, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks, clarify roles and responsibilities, and bring up issues to leadership as needed.\nEstablish project governance, ensuring oversight and compliance with delivery standards.\nLead project communication, including regular status updates to client executives, internal collaborators, and business units.\nFind opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements across the delivery lifecycle.\nWho We Are Looking For\n3+ years of experience in client-facing project management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B enterprise software environment.\nStrong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence client team members at multiple levels of an organization.\nExperience leading multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously, often with remote resources and global teams.\nTechnical competence and understanding of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or financial software products is advantageous.\nDemonstrated capability to proactively recognize, monitor, and handle project risks and issues.\nStrong listening, presentation, and consultative communication abilities with the capacity to customize messages for diverse audiences.\nHighly organized with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing multiple priorities.\nExperience leading projects for clients across Latin America and the United States, with awareness of local business customs and regulatory frameworks.\nFamiliarity with Latin American and US bank connectivity standards and payment schemes is helpful.\nBusiness-level fluency in Spanish is required.\nBusiness-level proficiency in Portuguese is a strong advantage.\nExisting right to work in the United States.\nFor positions that will be based in IL, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position.
