You'll be embedded within oncology and radiology practices - delivering hands-on training, building lasting trust with clinical teams, and ensuring Risa workflows (prior auth, radiology, medical oncology, and claims) are adopted with confidence.\nReports to: Head of Customer Success\nSalary\nNew York: 100K-120k\nNew Jersey: 80-90k\nNashville: 75-85k\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver in-person training and implementation support at customer sites\nBe the trusted, go-to resource for clinical and administrative teams on the ground\nIdentify workflow gaps, troubleshoot in real time, and coordinate escalations with Product and Support\nDevelop and maintain teaching materials that complement Risa's existing resources\nShare structured field feedback to improve training programs and customer outcomes\nStay current on clinical trends in oncology and radiology\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in healthcare related field, health informatics - or equivalent clinical experience\nProven track record delivering in-person clinical training to healthcare teams in real-world settings\nStrong communicator: able to translate complex workflows into simple, usable guidance\nOrganized and self-directed;
