In this role, you’ll use structured and unstructured data sources to deliver high-quality analytics aligned with key business priorities - evaluating programs, surfacing high-ROI opportunities, and creating advanced analytics solutions. The team provides strategic guidance, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures excellence across every engagement-driving innovation, efficiency, and quality in healthcare delivery.\nThe Analytics Product Manager translates value-based care product goals into actionable analytics that drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes. This role bridges stakeholders, analytics teams, and product leadership to deliver user-centered, data-driven solutions that optimize product performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\nOwn vision, roadmap, and backlog to deliver analytics products and results for Risant's VBP solutions\nServe as primary liaison between analytics team and VBP product owners, RHO clinical/operational leaders, and internal technical teams and leadership\nConduct regular user feedback sessions, adoption reviews, and value realization assessments to identify enhancement opportunities and measure product impact\nPartner with VBP leadership to ensure analytics support new product development and vision throughout the SDLC process\nMedical Cost Analytics: Build and evolve analytic capabilities that pinpoint cost drivers, impactable populations, and high-ROI opportunities for VBP Solutions Program & Platform Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of Risant’s value-based care platform solutions, quantifying how initiatives and products deliver measurable value. Develop methods to continuously assess program performance, sustainability, and system-wide impact.\nCore Analytic Assets: Develop and maintain foundational analytic tools including metrics, models, logic and enrichment engines to drive product delivery and impact across the portfolio\n Data Pipelines, Visualizations & Business Artifacts: Scope and design analytic pipelines, dashboards, and evaluation templates that make insights transparent, repeatable, and actionable. Build visualizations and reports that communicate value to leaders in clinical, operational, and financial domains.\nContribute analytic templates, metric definitions, views and insights to the Risant Collaborative to drive shared learning and collective performance improvement.\nImplement automated data-quality checks and maintain clear documentation to ensure traceability and reliability of results.\nMaintain and approve semantic layers and analytic datasets that underpin enterprise reporting and insight generation.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics translate into real-world decisions and measurable results.\nPresent findings through concise narratives and visualizations that clearly connect data to value.\nPromote a culture of agile analytics, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team and partner organizations\nRequired Qualifications: Technical and Interpersonal Competencies\nExperience developing in cloud-based data ecosystems and analytics pipelines (such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Synapse, Databricks, Delta Lake) integrating claims, clinical, and unstructured data sources.\nAbility to create clear, high-impact visual summaries in modern visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).\nUnderstanding of key healthcare payment models and metrics (TCOC, attribution, risk adjustment, utilization).\nFamiliarity with agile analytic delivery methods (sprints, backlog management, iterative delivery).\nRequired Qualifications: Education and Experience\nEducation: Minimum formal education required, including degree level (e.g. Bachelor’s) and type/field (e.g. business, healthcare, etc.)\nBachelor's degree required in Data Science, Health Economics, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative or healthcare analytics field.\nFive (5) years in healthcare analytics, health economics, or program evaluation, ideally within a payer, provider, or value-based care organization.\nSupervisory/Management Experience: Minimum years of supervisory/management experience required\nCertification and/or Licensure: Required certifications or licensures\nDemonstrated experience using claims, administrative, and unstructured data sources to evaluate program performance, cost of care, and ROI\nPreferred Qualifications: Education and Experience\nMaster’s degree (e.g., MPH, MS in Data Science, Health Informatics, or Applied Analytics).\nCompensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $156,000 to $187,200 depending on experience and qualifications.
