The ideal candidate has strong experience in interior and exterior painting and takes pride in producing clean, professional results.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform prep work including sanding, caulking, patching, and masking\n\nApply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as assigned\n\nEnsure all surfaces are finished neatly and according to specified standards\n\nFollow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment\n\nCommunicate progress and supply needs to property leadership\n\nProtect surrounding property and ensure no damage to adjacent surfaces\n\nPerform basic drywall patching and texture matching where needed\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n2+ years of professional painting experience\n\nProficiency in painting techniques, tools, and materials\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\n\nStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanship\n\nPhysical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs\n\nReliable transportation and valid driver’s license\n\nSchedule\n30 to 40 hours per week\nFlexible hours will be permitted for this position and will allow for weekends and evenings.\n\nWhy Join Rise AMG?\nAt Rise AMG, we’re dedicated to fostering growth and creating a supportive environment where employees can thrive.
