The candidate will work with the Recruitment team, Program Directors, Supervisors and Business Managers to fulfill vacancies delivering the best talent within the organization. This will require full cycle recruitment, including resume review, sourcing, telephone prescreening and in-person/virtual interviews, drafting offer letters and engaging in community events and career fairs. The Recruiter will have the ability to build a strong pipeline of candidates and to utilize internet Job Boards and other sourcing outlets. Specific responsibilities include:\nFacilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process\nCollaborate with department managers to identify needs of open positions\nIdentify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and needs of the organization\nPost positions on internal and external job sites\nReview resumes and conduct phone/virtual interviews\nProvide shortlists of candidates to hiring managers\nAttend and participates in college job fairs and off-site recruiting events\nDraft and send offer letters\nProvide administrative support to Lead Recruiter\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies\nPerform other duties as assigned\nCOMPETENCIES\nBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nExcellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.\nAbility to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.\nProactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nProficient with HRIS and ATS systems.\nFlexible to work evenings and weekends as needed\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience required\nAt least three years of professional and relevant recruitment experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required\nQualifications\nIt is the policy of RiseBoro to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment.
