By building relationships within local communities, promoting workforce-aligned degree programs, and supporting university partners. The Field Marketing Team at Risepoint is a diverse group of professionals with specialized expertise in healthcare, K-12 education, and business industries. We serve as trusted representatives of our university partners, working directly within local communities to build meaningful connections with prospective students and organizations.\nAs the outward-facing presence of our partners, we craft and implement tailored outreach strategies at the local, state, and regional levels. These strategies are designed not only to strengthen brand recognition, but also to cultivate long-term relationships that drive enrollment growth and open access to new audiences.\nThis opportunity will represent the University of Texas at Arlington and recruit qualified students into online Healthcare/Undergrad degree programs throughout the state of Texas. We are looking for an experienced sales or Healthcare professional, who is passionate about higher education and understands the value of advanced degree programs.\nThis is a remote position that requires at least 75% of domestic travel.\nHow You Will Bring Our Mission to Life\nWhat You Will Do\nMarket online advanced degree programs offered by the University of Texas at Arlington to healthcare in San Antionio/Austin (Southeast Texas).\nSuccessfully develop and manage a territory to increase brand awareness and interest throughout the state.\nAchieve monthly lead goals by organizing and facilitating 15 recruiting events (information sessions) each month.\nAttend regional and state conferences to network with administrators, generate leads, and establish new relationships for future events.\nMeet with healthcare professionals throughout to healthcare facilities to establish new partnerships and gain access for recruitment sessions acrossall healthcare professions.\nConsistently introduce and leverage the roll-out of marketing campaigns and establish new partnerships to expand the territory.\nUtilize social media tools to expand recruiting efforts and promote the university partner’s program offerings.\nExpand knowledge of regional and national programmatic and workforce trends and effectively communicate to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.\nAttend all relevant conferences and recruitments events to promote and share program information.\nWhat Success Looks Like\n3 Monthly B2B’s\n15 Recruitment Events, including 10 live events and 5 additional events/activities.\nProper territory management /Acquiring new accounts to gain access to live sessions\nHow Impact Will be Measured\nLeads\nEvents\nPartnerships\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team\nExperience That Matters Most\nBachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience or higher-ed experience in the healthcare industry related experience.\nOperational Excellence: highly competent organizational and time management skills; professional success and continuous career growth, preferably in the healthcare industry\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs.\nResults oriented professional with consistent, strong verbal and written communication skills.\nProficient with using Microsoft applications, CRM/Salesforce, and other systems.\nAbility to successfully manage a large geographic area.\nLocation Requirements:\nMust reside in Austin/San Antonio Texas and live within a commutable distance of the University of Texas at Arlington ( UTA)\nAbility to travel throughout the assigned territory\nThis is a remote role that requires extensive travel (minimum of 75%) across key counties in Austin/San Antonio Texas.
