software features, benefits, and business value to customers.\n\nGenerate leads through field marketing, calls, referrals, social media, and networking.\n\nFollow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales.\n\nUnderstand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate software solution.\n\nPrepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team where necessary.\n\nMaintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, demonstrations, and sales activities.\n\nWork towards assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\n\nConfidence in approaching and speaking with business owners and decision-makers.\n\nGood understanding of computers and software.\n\nAbility to learn software products quickly and demonstrate them professionally.\n\nStrong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.\n\nSelf-driven and comfortable working with targets.\n\nPrevious experience in software sales, IT sales, POS/ERP sales, digital marketing, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.\n\nWe are looking for someone who can:\n\nFind the customer → Understand their business → Present the solution →
