You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed within the designated timeframes and budgets. Your technical expertise and project management skills will support the project team in achieving project objectives while maintaining the highest quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:\nAssist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for engineering projects.\nCoordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.\nReview technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.\nMaintain all project technical documentation including plans, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.\nMonitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.\nIdentify and mitigate potential risks proactively, implementing solutions as necessary.\nSupport the procurement process by preparing requests for proposals and supporting the evaluation of bids.\nFacilitate effective communication within the project team and document all project-related decisions and changes.\nParticipate in site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.\nAssist in preparing project documentation, including reports, presentations, and final deliverables.\nContribute to project close-out activities to ensure all requirements have been met and lessons learned are documented.\nAdditional Information\nAs a condition of employment, candidates will be required to complete pre-employment screening including professional reference checks and a criminal record check.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical) or a related field.\n1-3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.\nStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.\nProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nKnowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.\nDetail-oriented with an emphasis on quality and safety.\nWillingness to travel to project sites as needed.\nBenefits\nWhy Rising Edge Group?\nSafety & Excellence: Safety is at the heart of everything we do.
