Develops a system for administering and monitoring the education work plan. Ensure children receive educational screenings within 45 days of enrollment. \nOversees Disabilities Plan (i.e., referrals, screening, assessments, program placement for services, etc.) \nDevelops and maintains relationships with community partners for disabilities services and transition services. \nObserves individual children, as requested, and provides suggestions for behavior management and developmental concerns. Participates in team meetings of children and schedules and facilitates any meetings for children with developmental or behavioral concerns. \nAttends education home visits, parent conferences and IEO/IFSP meetings, when needed. \nAssists Family Childcare Providers in understanding and interpreting child observations, assessments, weekly plan data and establishing appropriate individual child plans (goals) based on knowledge of child development. \nWorks with other coordinators/managers and childcare providers in providing needed resources to families.
