This role provides supervision and support to Homefinding staff, manages reports and tracking systems, maintains accurate records and data, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. The Homefinding Supervisor supports foster parent engagement, assists with child placements and emergencies, promotes culturally responsive practices, and helps ensure the effective operation of the Homefinding program.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide weekly supervision and support to Homefinding staff conducting foster home studies and recertifications.\nMonitor compliance with ACS, OCFS, and agency regulations governing foster home approval and certification.\nPrepare and submit statistical reports and data analyses for internal and external stakeholders.\nMaintain and update critical program spreadsheets, tracking tools, and monitoring reports.\nReview and monitor data accuracy within CONNECTIONS and other agency databases.\nAssist with foster child placements and ensure timely completion of placement documentation.\nCollaborate with Intake Coordinators regarding new foster home openings and child placements.\nMonitor Homefinding records and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.\nSupport Homefinding team meetings, partner parent meetings, stakeholder meetings, and agency trainings.\nRespond to foster parent concerns and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.\nPromote culturally responsive and family-centered practices in service delivery.\nServe as a liaison among Homefinding staff, foster parents, child welfare teams, and external stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster's Degree Required\nGPS-MAPPII Leader Certification\nExtensive knowledge of the foster care training requirement\nProficiency in MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, CONNECTIONS, etc\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nYes\nWork Environment\nField\nCooperate Office\nPosition Type/Expected Work Hours\nThis is a full- time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday at assigned location.
