You are looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading software company’s implementation strategy and grow our customer base.\nTravel is required (up to 50% within North America)\n Job Description:\nThe Implementation Consultant works directly with clients and colleagues to improve transit operations using Trapeze's Enterprise Asset Management products. Some of the responsibilities as part of your role include:\nMastering the Trapeze EAM product suite and providing subject matter expertiseto Trapeze's EAM customers.\n\nAnalyzing customers’ business requirements and objectivesto develop business processes to meet their needs.\n\nDeveloping and delivering project artifacts such as process diagrams, gap analysis documentation, and functional and technical design documents throughout a project.\n\nWorking with the Project Manager to ensure we deliver within project scope, budget, and timeline.\n\nWorking with Product and Development to report product issues and communicate gaps from customer’s perspective.\n\nPerform testing, training, consulting, or other support for customers.\n\nSupporting other parts of the business as needed (Sales, Customer Care, Product/Development).\n\nTraveling to customer sites in North America to help improve their operations with Trapeze's products and services.\n\nRequired Skills/Experience:\nFamiliarwithEnterprise Asset Management (EAM)software.\n\nUnderstanding of implementation best practices.\n\nExperience with integrating EAM systems with other enterprise solutions.\n\nAbility to analyze data and generate actionable insights.\n\nKnowledge of databases, SQL, and scripting languages.\n\nStrong troubleshooting,testing, problem solving and analysis skills.\n\nAbility to understand and write technical documentation.\n\nThe ability to use business acumen and consulting skills to develop customers.\n\nAbility to understand and communicate technical information to non-technical audience.\n\nAbility to prioritize, plan, manage and execute tocommitments.\n\nStrong knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, andVisio.\n\nStrong Business analysis skills.\n\nExperience working in an agile/hybrid/waterfall methodologyfor software implementation.\n\nAbility to travel up to 50%\n\nDesirable Skills/Experience:\nExperience in Maintenance, Material Management,and/or the transit industry.\n\nExperience working in a cloud environment.\n\nAbility to influence the customer in understanding the
