We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.\n\nWe are looking for a Product Analytics Lead to own and improve the way product decisions are made through data, behavioral analytics, experimentation, and user insights. You will build analytics frameworks, set standards for evaluating feature launches and A/B tests, and work closely with Product Managers, Data Science, and Analytics teams.\n\nThis role combines hands-on analytics, technical leadership, and mentoring. You will help analysts grow, improve processes, and make sure product insights turn into clear decisions and actions.\n\nJob Description:\n\nLead the Product Analytics direction and mentor analysts within the team;\n\nEvaluate product launches, new features, A/B tests, experiments, and feature rollouts;\n\nDefine success metrics, guardrail metrics, and evaluation logic for product changes;\n\nAnalyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, conversion, and other key product metrics;\n\nInvestigate changes or drops in key metrics, identify root causes, and provide clear recommendations;\n\nBuild and improve standards for product launch evaluation, experimentation, and analytical decision-making;\n\nWork closely with Product Managers, Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams;\n\nTranslate complex analytical and statistical findings into clear business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nQualifications:\n\n5+ years of experience in Product Analytics;\n\nStrong / Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, optimization, and data modeling;\n\nHands-on experience with A/B testing, experiments, and product launch evaluation;\n\nStrong understanding of product metrics: funnels, retention, cohorts, LTV, conversion, and behavioral analytics;\n\nSolid knowledge of mathematical statistics: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, sample size, and statistical significance;\n\nExperience working in a product IT company with its own product and development team;\n\nExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar;\n\nExperience mentoring analysts, reviewing analytical tasks, or acting as a senior / lead expert within an analytics team;\n\nStrong product mindset and ability to turn analysis into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations;\n\nAbility to communicate complex analytical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nNice to have:\n\n2+ years of experience as a Product Analytics Lead / Lead Product Analyst;\n\nExperience in iGaming, gambling, or high-volume B2C products;\n\nExperience building analytics processes, standards, or experimentation frameworks;\n\nExperience with Python for exploratory analysis.\nOur Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies:\n\nChildren Allowance\n\nMental Health Support\n\nSport Activities\n\nLanguage Courses\n\nAutomotive Services\n\nVeterinary Services\n\nHome Office Setup Assistance\n\nDental Services\n\nBooks and Stationery\n\nTraining Compensation\n\nAnd yes, even Massage!\n\nReady to Take the Leap?\n\nJoin a team where every day is an opportunity to take a RISK and come out on top.
