backend and frontend services using Python.\n\nDesign and implement REST APIs for payment processing and third-party integrations.\n\nIntegrate external payment providers (PSPs), including pay-in, pay-out, and payment status callbacks.\n\nEnsure secure, reliable, and efficient processing of payment transactions and sensitive data.\n\nActively use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex in daily workflows.\n\nDeploy and maintain services in Kubernetes environments.\n\nMonitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable code and automated tests.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, technical discussions, and release processes.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external payment providers to resolve integration and technical issues.\n\nRequirements:\n\n2+ years of commercial experience in Python development.\n\nHands-on daily experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar solutions.\n\nStrong experience with FastAPI and/or Django.\n\nSolid understanding of asynchronous programming in Python (asyncio, async/await, event loop).\n\nGood knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design, indexing, and query optimization.\n\nPractical experience with MongoDB and Redis.\n\nExperience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies.\n\nExperience with Docker and a good understanding of Kubernetes deployment and operations.\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD processes, preferably GitLab pipelines.\n\nAbility to write clean, scalable, testable, and
