This role offers the opportunity to influence the architectural direction of our AML platforms while delivering scalable solutions that protect the organization from financial threats.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and configure NICE Actimize RCM solutions to streamline alert management and investigation workflows for global compliance teams.\n\n- Develop and optimize complex AML detection scenarios and models to ensure high-accuracy identification of suspicious financial activities.\n\n- Integrate Actimize platforms with diverse enterprise data sources using Java and PL-SQL to maintain seamless data flow and system reliability.\n\n- Automate routine system maintenance and deployment tasks using Unix shell scripting to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.\n\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance enhancements that ensure system stability during high-volume processing.\n\n- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of technical excellence and maintainable software architecture.\n\nRequired Skillset:\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in the end-to-end development and configuration of NICE Actimize RCM and AML modules within large-scale financial environments.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Java development and PL-SQL for building custom extensions and managing complex database interactions.\n\n- Proven ability to navigate and manage Unix-based environments, including writing scripts for process automation and system monitoring.\n\n- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical business stakeholders.\n\n- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across our Hyderabad or Chennai offices.\n\n- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 5 -
