ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.\n\n- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance reviews.\n\n- Prepare, monitor, and control IT budgets, operational expenses (OPEX), and capital expenditures (CAPEX).\n\n- Oversee data center operations, including infrastructure availability, capacity planning, power, cooling, and disaster recovery coordination.\n\n- Manage Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) infrastructure, including meeting room technologies and collaboration systems.\n\n- Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and continuity of IT services.\n\n- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.\n\n- Monitor IT performance metrics, incidents, and service requests to ensure compliance with defined SLAs.\n\n- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.\n\n- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, documentation, and business continuity plans.\n\n- Lead and mentor IT operations teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance management.\nSkills\nIT
